We collect and process personal data that is provided by you or your organisation, via our website, online or on delegate registration forms, social media, email, or telephone when inquiring about our training courses, or entering into an agreement with us as a client.
When providing others’ individual personal data to Potential Training it is your responsibility to ensure that you have obtained consent from the individual to collect and process their data.
For enquiries via the website on the phone or via email, the data we collect can include name, title, telephone or mobile number, email address and address.
Financial information held for BACS payments of invoices is your bank name, sort code and account number.
For accredited courses Potential Training will collect the following data name, email, and date of birth to be passed onto International Kinesiology College.
We keep your data for a reasonable time and as long as the law requires. We keep all accredited course learner information indefinitely for future certification and verification purposes.
How do we use and share your personal data?
We use your data legitimately, as part of running our business. This can include administrating co-ordinating, delivering training or for invoicing, and making payments for training, to handle queries, and to record and certificate training courses and E-learning.
Potential Training will not share personal information other than with the client who provided the information or with clients that are seeking Practitioners services as therapists.
Access to this information is by data protection administrator alone.
A cookie is a small file which with your permission is placed on our hard-drive. This information is ordinarily used to analyse traffic to the website and identify the types of courses clients are most interested in. But to be honest I am too busy to analyse any traffic to the site so don’t worry about it.
