How To Train AFP Modules
There are two entry routes to AFP, one for established kinesiologists (entry route AFP1) and another for people who are new to kinesiology (entry route AFP Introductory). Please select the correct entry route for AFP 1. After that the modules within Attuning to Full Potential have to be taken in the correct order of AFP 2, AFP 3.

- Self-testing and testing others through surrogacy.
- How to work online using self-testing.
- How to work remotely or at a distance.
- A simple way of pause locking whilst working online.
- How to use Zoom to do balances.
- Introduction to Attuning to Full Potential Kinesiology.
This introductory workshop is for those that are new to kinesiology and muscle testing and would like to learn the art of muscle testing to test the self and others. This helps you to access stored stress in the body. The founding father of kinesiology was Dr George Goodheart (1918-2008) who made the discovery that muscle testing could be used to evaluate a person’s overall health. The fundamental premise of kinesiology is that the body has innate healing energy and is constantly trying to come back into balance to heal itself. Energy flows in our body can be evaluated by testing the function of our muscles, and the state of these energy flows in turn reflects the body’s overall state of structural, chemical, or emotional balance.
This is a stand alone workshop or a prerequisite to the Attuning to Full Potential 1 workshop if you don’t have experience of muscle testing.
