We are, each of us, carrying more than we know. Every thought, every word, every unspoken grief — our own, and those handed down to us by the generations before us — lives on as memory, quietly shaping the choices we believe we are making fresh each day.

 This in-depth workshop is your doorway into a deeper understanding of that practice, both in theory and in the felt experience of circle.

Over the course of the day, you will:

• Learn about the Superconscious, conscious and subconscious mind, and how each one holds its part in the work of setting things right
• Discover how the conscious mind can initiate the Ho’oponopono process to release old memories
• Learn to move away from thinking and blaming, and into true responsibility
• Get down towards zero — the place where memory is no longer running you or dictating your choices
• Deepen your understanding of the four phrases: I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you
• Begin moving towards your authentic self, becoming who you truly came here to be
• Clear limiting beliefs, judgements, attitudes and memories
• Clear self-sabotage
• Clear blocks to abundance
• Let go of responsibility that was never yours to hold
• Release self-judgement, anger and resentment
